Amazing penthouse on the beach, sea views, WIFI, airconditioning and parking

a lovely apartment, living room a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but perfectly formed with great comfy couch and armchairs. Everything you need in the kitchen, including an orange squeezer, cleaning products, cloths etc. Lovely outlook from the large balcony. And literally across the road from the beach, so glad I didnt choose to stay in the centre of torreveija. Jose, great host though we didnt get to meet he answered any questions within minutes and we had lovely chats on the phone. He takes pride in making sure his guests are looked after well

I personally I found the bed mattress rather hard, I think us Brits are used to mattress toppers now. But I have had 2 operations on my back so I'm very fussy about my comfort

Very nice apartment near Los Locos beach with sea views, close to the city centre and all needed infrastructure and stores. Separate building complex with private parking. Early check-in was possible. Very good time spent on terrace. Jose is a great supervisor and was 24/7 to give advice on any questions, very supportive.

Washing machine is not working well and there is a cigarette smell in one of the bedrooms. This however did not affect much our stay.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was good. The swimming pool was nice and the location was great as the beach was just a minute walk away. The beach itself was very nice and there are plenty of rock pools for children and even adults to explore. Jose was very helpful and we had good communication with him.

Nothing really, overall the apartment was amazing.

Well, maybe matress was a bit hard/firm for my taste...but of course it will be perfect for someone else.

I liked the apartment, it was very pretty and had a great terrace and sunbathing area on the roof. There is a full oven so we could make pizza in the evening. Fully equipped kitchen, large shower room and toilet. It is across the road from the beach and there are many restaurants along the road it is on. There is also a bus running up and down the road to take you to the shopping areas, bus station and more restaurants. The owner is really great and always contactable.

No lift so you have to walk up a good few stairs.

House was clean and host really friendly

The penthouse was very clean and well maintained. The penthouse was spotless and the area was gated which gives a sense of security. As well as this there was underground parking. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owners had given to making our stay enjoyable. The penthouse had plenty of space for our family of three and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, including a kitchen, laundry and an incredible terrace with amazing sea views.
