The King's Daughters B and B on the Bluff overlooking the Mighty Mississippi

The B&B and its location are stunning. The room was a great size with separate storage area and a good size bathroom. Comfy bed. Heather was a lovely host. The property is beautiful with great additional seating areas outside the bedrooms and, of course, the outside seating in the garden overlooking the Mississippi River (fantastic views). The property is walking distance to the historic cemeteries and just a short drive from central Natchez. A great continental breakfast plus cooked eggs, bacon and tomato set us up for the day. And Heather gifting us a bottle of champagne as we mentioned it was our honeymoon was the icing on the cake!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and historic accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated and the host was kind and welcoming. We especially loved the delicious breakfast. What truly blew us away was the breathtaking view of the Mississippi from the lovely garden seating area — simply unforgettable!

Beautiful historic house, friendly welcome from the owner. Lovely room and breakfast. Natchez was a great stop on our trip.

The scenery out back was breathtaking. The home was beautiful, I personally loved the family pets that were very friendly and docile downstairs. The rooms are upstairs. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly.Very laid back and gorgeous place.

I did not care for the fact that you couldn't change the temperature in the room but thats quite understandable since it's an old home. Just saying.I would also set out seating for outside in four different locations to accommodate each room. It was Couples and I was by myself so I felt like I was intruding to go out there when they were having a romantic evening holding hands. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. Check-in was smooth, everything was perfectly prepared, and we were warmly welcomed. The bed & breakfast is beautiful – designed with so much love that you can immediately feel the heart and soul behind it. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive. What stood out to us were the many thoughtful details: a black make-up removal towel (you rarely see that – not even in 5-star hotels!), a soft night light in the bathroom to help you find your way in the dark – everything was well-thought-out and lovingly arranged with guests in mind. These small touches showed how much care went into everything. The bed was super comfortable, and the entire house was clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful view over the Mississippi and could enjoy the sunset – an unforgettable moment we will always carry with us. The host’s two dogs also stole our hearts – friendly, gentle, and always stopping by for a little cuddle. Breakfast was delicious: fresh bread, fruit, beautifully presented – simply everything you could wish for. This stay was the absolute highlight of our trip. If you’re visiting Natchez, you should definitely stay here. So much warmth, such a beautiful historic home, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Photos and descriptions can’t truly capture the charm of this place – they only hint at the magic you’ll feel when you’re actually there.
