Location really bad across from hostel place smells of weed

Big spacious apartment, two bedroom - one with an ensuite. A big family size bathroom with a bath. Walking distance to the Bullring area. Free parking on-street. Many venues hosting Trad Fest events were within 10 minutes walk. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Apartment block is next to a lot of empty lots and opposite a hostel and a hotel. The apartment itself was well used, dings and damage everywhere including holes in the sofa fabric, chipped paint etc - if you are expecting a pristine new apartment this is not it. The common areas of the building were also damaged, but that's not the landlords fault. We weren't that bothered, it was well priced and well located.

Inside of the property was nice

I didn’t like not being able to get the key as the key safe was empty, we then found out that the cleaner was still cleaning after check in time. The slats on both beds broke when you laid on the beds, the beds had been roughly fixed before with pieces of wood! Just buy some new beds!!!!!! And the sofas had holes in.

The apartment was very spacious, the 2 bathroom/ shower rooms was very handy Only stayed one night but would deffo stay again
