Не свежая постель, нет чистых полотенец все с запахом и грязные! Номера очень маленькие! Проблемы с водой, запах канализации

The apartment is very centrally located, right in the Old Town of Kutaisi, amidst beautiful, old, picturesque buildings. Everything is easily accessible on foot. We spent just one night there before our return flight, and the Memo Guest House was perfect for that purpose. The apartment consists of several rooms that are rented out individually; our room had a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge as well. The room was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Since the room wasn't very large and had only one window, it might feel a bit cramped during a longer stay, but for our short visit to Kutaisi, it was just right.

Exceptional stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of Kutaisi. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and everything was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!
