The Bell Hotel Woburn By Greene King Inns

There was no water in the bedroom or less importantly, but a bit mean, no biscuits.

The location was perfect, Woburn is a beautiful little town just outside of Milton Keynes. If you’re planning on visiting Paris House for dinner, I would recommend this place. It was excellent value for money. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The building is beautiful. I thought it was great value for money with a lovely breakfast in the morning.

Some of the rooms were a little bit tired. I had the room that you can see on the website which was lovely. And perhaps the bathrooms could have a little more attention to the cleaning, but that would be my only gripe. If I had cause to visit Woburn again, I would absolutely choose this Hotel.

Nice breakfast in spite of gas issues causing minor menu adjustments. Overall, a nice old style Inn, well appointed, clean and friendly.

The narrow stairs to my 2nd floor room were a little challenging with luggage but that goes with older style properties and I managed.

Breakfast in pub opposite. Full English or continental. Service ok. Pub needs refurbishment. Went over for pre dinner drink and no one serving despite 3 people waiting. When staff member appeared didn’t apologise. Not great customer service overall, we went elsewhere for the evening.

Rooms are incredibly pokey, bathroom was tiny. No lifts as it’s a listed building so be aware if you’ve mobility issues. Stairs narrow and quite steep.
