"Disappointing rooms with noisy traffic."

Welcoming staff

Rooms are very small and the room we had was 3 foot from the main road. Very noisy and difficult to sleep. Before 11pm and after 5am, there is excessive road/car noise.

"it was a really pleasant comfortable stay."

The greeting and reception staff were excellent, so helpful with booking of taxi ect. tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with extras if needed.

there were no lifts to the room, on the third floor with bags and luggage. A shower curtain. going accross the road for breakfast (it was raining and cold)
