Charming Suite & Sunway and Petaling Jaya

The location is not convenient. It is far from restaurant, grocery shop and other amenities. Generally, I didn't like the service and how the host communicate with the customer.

The host is not friendly and active. The host had taken a deposit from me prior check in but taking more than 9 hours to return the deposit after check out. The water heater is not functioning and the cleanliness is below expectations.

Swimming pool is really nice view... Suitable kids and family... Room is clean... Facility also quite OK... Restaurant and 7-eleven is down stairs ....

Nothing positive about this stay with a rude agent.

We walked into a smelly apartment with smoke smell and toilets were filled with fungus and sink as well. 1. No internet connection though it was stated good wifi connection. 2. TV was not working. 3. Cockroaches in bathroom. 4.The photos and reality is not the same. They didn't give us fully cleaned apartment as there was dusts and hair everywhere, Kitchen utensils was not having proper knives and forks, not enough toilet paper and plates were dirty. Bathroom smelled bad from sewage. They charged us 315 RM per night, with regret I can't cancel it as I've booked for 4 nights online before arriving to Malaysia and it's not refundable if cancelled, so we stayed as it's been paid in advance. Once we reached, they asked us again for 300RM as deposit and without that we were not given the password to enter the apartment, which is shocking, we were obliged to pay the deposit. They finally returned only 100RM and claimed that 200RM was penalty for smoking smell during check out. I thought the price was including cleaning fees as indicated on booking.com? 200RM charges to clean smoke smell which didn't come from us?? Worst case was they didn't want to give us back the full deposit and accusing us of smoking and smoke smell is strong, mean while it was already having this smell from before. When we asked for full deposit back, they accused us of threatening them.... We were out whole day and came back in the evening after work and meetings and each time we walked in, we smelled the cigarettes and sewage smell. We even bought jasmine flower to change the odour of the rooms, but not help with the smell. This agent should be banned from renting out such low class apartment with such high price to tourists and business people. Booking. COM should never work with such people as this can effect your reputations online. Till now I'm not sure if they will return back my money. My flight is tonight.

Furniture not up to par, example: standing lamp were torn and taped together 7. TV stand was warped 8. Bathroom was mouldy 9. There was a cockroach in the bathroom 10. Extra blanket was stuffed in the mailbox without informing us 11. Long mirror in the master bedroom was just placed on the table and not hung. 12. Bed linens looked old and overused and strands of hair were found on the bed. 13. Comforter look overused and not fresh
