Nothing honestly

It's not Charming Suite at Sunway and Petaling Jaya, title is misleading. It can be more accurately described as 2BR 1 Bath apartment at Icon City 'HOMESTAY' 'SELF SERVICE'. Had to carry my own luggage and fish a key out of mail box because it's apparently homestay, which is another subtly hidden fact in the booking.com posting. Place was not really clean, fan was extremely dirty, the hosts laundry was inside locked cupboards. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Host had the audacity to tell me that I should have known its homestay and left me with good advice how to spot homestay misleading posts on booking.com. We didn't even stay one night as the location was horrible, nothing nearby except for a 7 eleven and restaurant at the condo building. I got a cheaper offer from resort suites near sunway Pyramid, with concierge service so we moved there instead. The owner didn't offer any compensation despite the ridiculously high price for "homestay" self service, self trash throwing, unclean apartment. The pictures will let you know the rest.

I do not like anything

I am very very dissapointed bec u change my apt to Cosy at PJ which is no internet no tv facilities, no kitchen facilities ...1 toilet only... for 6 people so uncomfortable, room w/o mirror , Old bath towels so n so n further more asking for refundable deposit to transfer to their acct if not we are not getting the room key so troblesome for foreigner like us...

Feels like home. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer & iron. Suitable for family vacation. Great location if you plan to be somewhere between Bandar Sunway & Petaling Jaya.
