It was an honour and a blessing to stay in such a magnificent property. The loving care and exquisite style of the hosts ensures the highest level of comfort and enjoyment for the very privileged guests . The rooms, the bed, the fine linens, furnishings, crockery etc are all stunning and it is astounding to be welcome to share such treasures. Thankyou, The most wonderful night sleep was topped off with the most delicious, wholesome and generous breakfast served in yet another magnificent room. The table setting was very beautiful and the care taken to offer us the highest quality dining ..made it a divine experience. Thankyou. The final highlight of our stay was to wander through the most magical garden we have ever visited. There are no words to describe the beauty of this garden…it needs to be experienced first hand so do yourself a favour and visit as soon as you can !

Charming, welcoming, beautiful decor. Unexpected details everywhere to delight the senses. Extremely helpful hosts. Very nice breakfast indeed.

St Benedict’s is one of those places that you both wish you could keep to yourself and have to talk about, to absolutely anyone who will listen. The hosts, Paul and Aleksandr are warm and welcoming, making the visit feel more like an overdue visit with extended family than a hotel stay. The hotel itself has to be seen to be believed. The whole building is a cornucopia of historical beauty with every nook and cranny carefully curated. Despite giving a museum a run for its money, the hotel has everything you’d expect, WiFi, kettle and even a TV. Breakfast is absolutely not to be missed as it’s home cooked and delicious (even home made marmalade).

I booked my parents here for two nights and they were enchanted by the beautiful decor and gardens. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming and passionate about their property.

That they couldn’t stay longer

Great house! A unique place, very well kept, with a gorgeous garden. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast.

The only tiny little thing: we struggled to reach the owner for a minutes while arriving.

Credo che sia una delle sistemazioni più uniche e incredibili in cui sia mai stata. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e l’atmosfera che si respira ti riporta indietro nel tempo. I proprietari sono molto ospitali e la colazione del mattino è ottima.
