Oceano Hotel and Spa Half Moon Bay Harbor

Pretty decor, good parking, safe.

I expected so much better for how nice this place looked and I was very disappointed. We went for the nicer room with an ocean view and what looked like a nice soaking tub. I am 5’7 and the tub was too short for me to soak properly. Either my feet had to be out or my entire upper body Extremely disappointed! The coffee machine in our room didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable and the ocean view was a joke! We had a busy road and a view of the parking lot and boats with some ocean in the background. And the noise from the cars was not peaceful not to mention the Fish Trap restaurant that announces pick up orders over a loud speaker all day. Their bar and food was closed so no getting a coffee or drink. We wanted a romantic getaway with a beautiful view and tub to enjoy and definitely didn’t get what we planned. We’ve stayed at other places and the tub was big enough for 2 and we had a real ocean view. Very disappointed!

This property is amazing!! We absolutely loved our stay here and will now be returning for future visits. The staff was all so friendly and hotel was very clean. We loved our room it was perfect!

View was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed the fireplace and spacious bathtub.

The bedding was a bit uncomfortable, would have preferred softer sheets. The pillows were to flat. I think they need to update pillows.
