It was nice being so close to the ocean, and near good food options, also having the small shopping mall connected to the hotel is a plus.

The pillows were not comfortable at all, and unfortunately the bed felt a little stiff.

"Good location, that’s about it"

Great location - walkable to many local places.

We booked an ocean view room and had to go to the balcony and look left to see the water (room 316) - we had a view of the parking lot. When we asked, the staff told us we had an ocean view! The hotel is tired and the furnishings are dated. Definitely not worth $400/night.
