"A superb Hotel, so comfortable and inviting, with an A Class, friendly and professional team"

I just loved the staff. So professional, helpful, friendly and approachable. The Hotel was special - fresh and inviting. The location was amazing and all of the complimentary benefits like High Tea and the Harbour boat ride made it extra special.

Being a bit of a wine buff. I feel that the wine list could be expanded further with the help of a sommelier.

"Shame about the ferry noise"

Room was very nice. Staff were very good, polite and responsive

The noise. Simply terrible. From just after 5 am until 10 pm, every 5 minutes an extremely noisy commercial ferry arriving or leaving from 50 metres away. Too noisy to sit at pool, couldn't sleep beyond 5.30am/6 am.

in general it was ok.

The ferry, right next to the hotel is extremely noisy! Plus, when approaching and leaving rhe ferry station the building was vibrating as well.
