"Short stay - we enjoyed it."

Very well located, we enjoyed our short stay of 1 night. Loved the room, quite spacious & comfortable. Bonus points for providing 2 suitcase tables, usually only 1 is provided & my partner has to place his suitcase on the floor. Restaurants staff & food was very good.

We had come from an overnight International flight on a rainy day. We mentioned casually that we were tired and hungry, yet at the time of check-in no welcome drink or towels were provided. We didn't notice until we saw other guests throughout the day being offered drinks and towels. This just ruined my opinion of the hotel that could have been an exceptional memory for me.
