Large Falmouth Town House, Near the Beach

Shirley was great. Helpful in every detail. Property was immaculate and comfy. Parking on street was good as well. No need to worry as we were able to park easily. Easy walk to town and all food and stores.

The Property itself was Lovely the Room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, the Bed was comfortable and double Headed shower was brilliant and always hot. Had the Pleasure of Meeting the Owner Shirley who was lovely too.

I couldn’t Fault the place it was brilliant I had a very Pleasant Day and I will definitely be returning to stay here again the next time I’m visiting home.

Lovely guest house near Gylly Beach. Easy check in, straightforward room and amenities. I found it quite quiet and all the guests were seemingly aiming to be considerate. (note on the first floor, you can hear footsteps in the room above, but in my case it was fine as my friend was there & knew to be quiet). The Superior room was absolutely MASSIVE, and unexpectedly had two ensuite bathrooms (although one was quite stinky, possibly just due to lack of use! but would have been convenient if I was with someone else). Bed was comfortable, I had blackout curtains in my room which was great and meant two good nights sleep.

I'd maybe recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang things (very minor). I'd also maybe put a fan in each room if possible; with the seagulls around it's a bit noisy to leave the window open but it can get a bit stuffy with them closed at night in the summer. My friend in the room above didn't have blackout curtains, just blinds, so said it was hard to sleep past 5am in the summer. All minor notes!

No fan in room so got quite warm (and it got too bright in the mornings to keep the windows open!)

Really excellent location. Had everything in the room that was needed.really comfortable bed.

The noise sounded like Brands hatch but nothing can be done about that.

Clean the views

The nose from the railway so couldn’t open the windows the bed to close too the eaves on one side and shower one temperature could not get it cold. Don’t see anyone and didn’t like the idea of locking ourselves in.

Loved the styling of the room. Great location. Great communication. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The room has two en-suites and the one nearest the bed smelt strongly of drains. The smell went a bit after we'd run the taps/shower for a while and we just used the other one instead.

Super schönes Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles sehr super. Es stand Tee, Kaffee und Wasser bereit und die Entfernung zum Strand und auch in die Innenstadt war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Cornwall ist generell sehr hügelig sodass fast alle Strasse abwärts oder aufwärts führen. Parken war zwar nur in der Strasse möglich aber wir haben zu jeder Zeit einen Parkplatz gefunden. Uns alles rund um gut gefallen. Wir würden bestimmt wiederkommen, wenn wir in Cornwall sind.
