Ground floor easy with the dog and amazing bed, very comfortable.

Parking was difficult, the host was very helpful.

Very clean and brilliant location very quiet and all in all very spacious would definately recommend

The shower didn’t work properly and it would have been helpful if there had been a tea towel and kitchen roll

Very nice apartment, extremely clean , very comfy beds . Really enjoyed our stay here. Also very close to city centre , 15 mins steady walk.

Bit oarking issue as you can't park next to the property , 10 mins free parking with all this park eye stuff so it puts bit pressure when arrived. But few streets around where u can park free .

The kind of place you walk into and immediately feel completely at ease. The location is just perfect. A bus stop right on the doorstep, shops and cafes within easy walking distance, and the city centre itself totally accessible on foot. Yet the area feels calm, safe, and relaxed. We genuinely could not have asked for a better base to explore everything York has to offer. But what really sets this apartment apart are the hosts. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. They clearly put their guests first in every possible way. The welcome book they provide is an absolute gem: packed with useful local information, insider recommendations, and everything you need to hit the ground running. It's the kind of thoughtful touch that makes a real difference and shows just how much care goes into every stay. If you're visiting York and looking for somewhere to stay, stop searching. Book this apartment. You will not regret it for a single second. We can't wait to come back.
