ITOverall the apartment is large and cozy. The TV room is wonderful for watching Netflix.
The house is very cold, despite the heater, the room is very cold. However this was not a problem, hosts respond and resolve everything quickly.
AUThe modern refurbishment was lovely. Located close to the Marina, Restaurants etc.
The front & back doors and kitchen windows have clear glass. Frosted glass or a curtain would be a suggestion.
GBGBThe flat was really spacious and really clean. The towels and bedding even smelt of washing powder. The guaranteed parking space was a bonus - as parking in the area is very limited.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

GBSpotlessly clean, beautifully presented and spacious apartment. Lovely and warm, comfortable bed and owner was so kind and considerate of my circumstances. Lovely touch having tea, coffee, sugar and lovely biscuits on arrival. Also Salt, pepper, spices etc. Very good facilities, only a few suggestions in next section.
Dishwasher wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. Suggestions of things i noticed- Blinds on the glass front and back door would be good especially as I was there alone at night. No potato peeler or sieve. Only other thing was hooks to hang coats up somewhere would be useful.
GBAmazing location, less than 5 minutes walk to Royal William Yard and easy access to the city center by walking or vehicle. The property itself is very spacious and had lovely decor and amenities throughout. This was the perfect getaway and I cannot recommend this property enough.
GBThe apartment had been nicely refurbished, the rooms are a good size. The parking space at the back is a bonus! The apartment offered a comfortable base to explore. Only a few minutes walk to Royal Williams Yard with all of its bars and restaurants. We would return and definitely recommend.
Towels would not dry and we could not get the washer/dryer to work on dryer only.
