GBLoved the parking at the property. The flat was large. The kitchen was neat, clean and tidy. It was nice to have biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk when we arrived. The host was responsive via booking.com messages. The shower was very good. The Heating was easy to use. The flat was very clean.
The flat looks very neglected from the outside. The garden front and back is very overgrown and untidy. There were only 3 cups in the flat. The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep. I found an extra duvet to put under the sheet to try to soften it but it didn't help. No extra blankets or I'd have tried sleeping on top of them both. Only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels (not very big). No bath mat when you get out of the shower its quite slippery. The back door needs frosting so when you come out of the bathroom it's more private. No welcome book/pack explaining wifi, local area facilities and how to contact in emergencies. The host should spend a few days living there to know what it's like.

Noise from flat above, incredibly squeaky floor boards in room above bedroom. Working nights so was looking for a quiet location, however was woken every day by noise from up above.
