Accessible and cozy

The staff did not inform in advance about the parking. We need to find a parking lot first and call other owners on our own. It took us a lot of time to settle because of a not-so-smooth transaction for entering the gate. The confirmation slip is not clear. The guards have to make us wait.

"A non-hotel in Davao"

location good

no breakfast, no reception, no amenities in the bathroom, no drinking water, no room cleaning. They leave the key in a safety box which you need to open by a password sent to you after advanced payment. No human contacts. And it's not cheap for the service offered.
