"I would never trust this person again ever and is unprofessional individual"

Property was nice, clean, location was bit away, building work opposite, heavy construction work and noises.

The landlord made many rules, he claimed that he must know the time I am checking in and out , communication was poor standard . he didn’t take his payment online, he was offered me GCash payment option, the entry code door wasn’t working and had to be called via WhatsApp on numerous times. His rates increases by 400 pesos commission, the advertised price was different, I was suspicious with the GCash payment wasn’t sure if the appropriate way to pay the rental apartment. He fretted me on WhatsApp to take actions by the police, government and immigrations official as he wasn’t getting his money, he advise booking.com to blocked my future stay at his apartment and caused frustration, discriminate and taken inappropriate actions.
