Location was great. Good tv/washing machine/cooker/shower

Beds were very hard and very cheap flat pillows. Sofa broken had a dip in the middle and again very hard. No tea towels or sink stopper. 2 of the white guest towels had fake tan and make-up stains on them. Local yobs set Fire alarm off 6 times due to broken front door to keep them out. Noisy at the weekend. Electricity sub station outside humming all the time hard to get to sleep at night and to top it all off 2 giant rats running around the front of the building

Address and location very confusing. Sat nav took three rounds to find it, asking people around, as the name of the building is not Elm apartments. Key lock didn’t work with pin given, had to call to get the right pin. Sign post outside of the lift shows apartments up to 40, we had 41. Thank goodness we found it at the end. Toilet seat broken Shower head leaks and support broken Lock in toilet not working Rat seen in parking lot WiFi worked fine Looks clean but it is not. TV didn’t work Not recommended. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was dirty, there was food splattered on the walls and the curtains. Spillages in the cupboards. Pubic hair in the toilet area. Hair on the bed. There was an offensive smell throughout the communal area and apartment. Mould throughout different rooms. There was hazardous traps where the washing machine and fridge wires were tapped to kitchen cupboards. Flies in the room. There was built up rubbish in the outside communal area with rat traps present. This apartment was nothing like the advertisement. We left almost immediately after arriving after securing alternative accommodation. The only positive to come from this was there was no dispute for my immediate refund which was processed quite quickly.

Room was OK no fault there

Mice everywhere broken plug causing me to have a shock bed sheets all filthy and then they blame you for it

What a nightmare never going back again mice were in the apartment how disgusting

Not so good but not bad . The fire alarm was disturbing on the first nightfor no reason and made my daughter terrified.

Hall AC is not working

Good communication with owners; reasonable location with about 15 minutes walking access to quay and tram; comfortable beds and spacious but lack of seating, cutlery etc for 6 guests; ( meaning we could not eat there) table kegs were unsafe, bath leaks, window and bathroom door fixtures were stiff; rooms need a bit of paint; outside looked a bit better when bins had been collected: rats were running around the car area: parking space was taken so parked in the road: not the apartment we expected from the advert!
