was told the property would have had a bath tub but there was not
GBGBAfter I booked the property there was absolutely no communication from the host after multiple calls and texts. Even though I drove around 1 hour and a half to the property after booking I still had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour to be given the check in details. Even when the host did get in touch he didn’t even explain why it happened or apologise, all he offered was 5% off the booking if I didn’t write a review
