Bell'appartamento spazioso in ottima posizione in centro città di Pest. In condominio tranquillo, strada interna priva di traffico ma a pochi passi dal centro, i negozi e tutti i servizi. Molto apprezzato anche il garage.

Internet hat im oberen Schlafzimmer nicht optimal gearbeitet. Es wäre dort ein Internet Extender notwendig

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, aber dennoch ist das Viertel sehr ruhig. Nur wenige Schritte bis zur Tram, zum Bus oder der U-Bahn. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist excellent, es wird umgehend auf Anfragen per Whatsapp reagiert. Die Instruktionen für den kontaktlosen Check-in sind verständlich. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder aufdringliche Security Mitarbeiter und daher fühlt man sich nicht ständig beobachtet, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Das Appartement verfügt über 2 Etagen und ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist im Speziellen hervorzuheben. Die Bettwäsche ist strahlend Weis und die Matratze ist sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, wovon eins mit einer grossen Badewanne. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ausgezeichnet und genügend Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Beleuchtung am Spiegel im Bad ist ausgezeichnet. Die Fenster lassen sich öffnen und das Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Kleinigkeiten - mit für mich immensen Bedeutung - wie Salz & Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine oder mehrere Müllsäcke sind vorhanden, etwas was leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Gratis Parkplatz krönt das Ganze.

Leider ist nur das Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Die untere Etage war nachmittags nicht zu gebrauchen, da die Sonne den Raum extrem aufheizte, obwohl Rolladen die Fenster von aussen abschirmten. Obwohl die Wohnung wirklich gut ausgestattet war, fehlten aus unerklärlichem Grund Kaffeelöffelchen. Ein Ei auslöffeln war daher nicht möglich :-). Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Nivo. Tja, und dann ein allgemeines Problem in Ungarn: Die Check-in Zeit um 15 Uhr ist viel zu spät....Ich hatte Glück, aber wenn man morgens um 8 am Airport landet, ist es sehr lange bis um 15 Uhr.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie chodziliśmy na piechotę.Parking podziemny to ogromny plus, przestronny apartament, fajny widok na Górę Gellerta. Kuchenka, lodówka i duża zamrażarka, pralka. To wszystko jest, ponadto dwie łazienki i duże szafy. Nam się nie przydały ale na dłuższy pobyt na pewno będą wygodne. Stosunek jakości do ceny odpowiedni. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i fajny filmik przewodni.

Trochę przestarzałe wyposażenie, lata 90-te...Brakowało deski do krojenia, mało sztućców. Czystość średnia, tzn było posprzątane ale firanki i zasłony szaro-czarne od kurzu, zdecydowanie do wyprania.

The view of Budapest is absolutely beautiful, both day and night. The location is perfect for exploring the city yet it is also quiet. The underground car park is a huge bonus in Budapest. I usually travel without a car, but this time we drove and that was the main reason why we chose this place. Arrival and getting the codes, etc. is an extra hassle, but the host makes sure to explain everything, including video instructions, so we didn't struggle. It's not as convenient as having a normal reception, of course.

The apartment is rather old. The kitchen could be better equipped. The bed was old and creaky, and we didn't sleep very well. Making minor changes, such as getting a new bed and changing the wall colours and curtains, would greatly improve the place.

The apartment is on great location, close to the city center but not in the noisy street. It has its own parking space in underground garage. It was really clean. Host has been great and we got really clear instructions how to check in so it was really smooth process.
