Free Parking- Gellert View Apartment 4ppl

The location is great, a nice neighbourhood and everything is accessible in walking distance. A few nice restaurants in a 100m radius and shops are also a few minutes away. The apartment is tidy, comfortable, spacious and clean. Very good instructions from the host and the parking is right next to the building entrance in a private underground garage.

WiFi didn't work, TV was not working and the towels were very stinky. If the towels weren't in such a horrible condition everything else would be 9 or 10

Great location, spacious, great host

It’s the amazing apartment. All the places are near, a big cozy bed, two bathrooms, clean and sunny. It was wonderful experience, looking forward to the next our trip here.

Location is excellent - walking distance to city centre. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. The apartment itself was very warm, and the bed is really comportable. The instructions for self check-in and for the parking spot are explained very good.

Apartment has two floors. Everything was excellent on the upper floor - clean room and bathroom with the tub, lots of daylight and it was warm. However, ground floor could be cleaner - downstairs bathroom wasn't very clean (yellow spots and hairs under the toillet). The kitchen and living room had very strong nicotine smell. Sofa in the living room has a lot of stains and there is no coffee table to put your glass/cup when you are sitting on the sofa (that's probably how the sofa got stained). And some dishes were dirty in the kitchen cabinet.

The communication with the hosts was one of the smoothest experiences I had. There is an info video shared a day before arrival, that walks you through your path to enter the apartment. There is no room for misunderstanding this way, and the arrival is completely flexible too. I lived half my life in Budapest, and with this property, I got the exact experience I expected. Parking can be a bit tricky at the very first time, especially if you'd arrive alone, there is usually no free spaces outside, and you may not leave the car parked int he garage entry, but once you have the garage opener, it's the cleanest parking experience.
