Modern Haven in Dudley with Free Parking!

Not much as the service was received did not meet basic standards

The communication with hotel team, no answer to emails or phone call. I tried to raise my complaint they blocked my calls a day I sent email and had no response. I need my deposit of £100 back.

I was forced to book somewhere else ( Travelodge) because apparently my room was already occupied by another customer. The manager, Alliyah, refused to contact me and denied my reservation. I contacted Booking.com for help after more than 3 hours of waiting in Banqueting Hotel, and they did a great job. They contacted the manager of the property, who refunded me only my reservation but not my £100 damage deposit. Also, my £100 damage deposit from my previous stay in November, which never reached my bank until today, and I am still waiting for her explanation and her apology. In the meantime, I will never ever book with you and never recommend anyone. My family and I were neglected and stranded.

When we booked it said a 3 bedroom apartment but apartment but it wasn’t it was an apartment with 3 beds in it so after 2 hours of checking in we left as it wasn’t appropriate for us and our 2 friends

The property does not have three bedrooms as wrongly advertised. it is an open plan living area with three double beds and a sitting rooms area.

The toilets in the property were leaking two gentlemen came an announced an opened the door whilst we were in there to fix the problem. The gentlemen were nice an polite but the luck of communication is not great,

It was spacious & open plan sleeping , the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to what we needed

Unfortunately hardly any toilet paper (reception helped ) the light in one toilet only stayed on for 20seconds , meaning you had to wave your hand about to turn the light back on. One toilet leaked from the rear . Once i eventually spoke with the agent (after a few attempts) they did promise to resolve said issues.

Location was easy, easy to find keys etc
