Handy to restaurants. Lovely views from terrace and pool area. Bed very comfortable.

Steep hill but was aware. Would be good to provide cushions for sun beds at pool.

Location but other issues were a problem

MAJOR issues with access to the building due to keypad not working ( it worked intermittently) but not fun when you have to hang around waiting for someone to come out or walk 15 mins to other entrance.. I know this will be fixed but it spoiled the holiday and it had been an issue for some time before we arrived according to other residents. I asked the owner to look in to it and was VERY disappointed at how this was dealt with. To be sent a video of how to punch the code in was rather patronising. They did send someone out but he couldn't speak English ( not his fault, I was embarrassed with my lack of his language) but it made it very difficult to try and resolve the problem Pipe from above (boxed in) runs right beside bed and when their toilet is flushed you hear it in middle of night. Literally right beside your ear. Night club a few doors up open til 6am at weekends . you don't hear music but attendees are loud in street from 1am to 6.30 am

Really good location and the complex is fabulous…gardens and pool area are immaculate…but be aware this apartment is in the front of the complex on the main road. The facilities in the apartment are excellent, you can cook a proper meal with the pots,pans and utensils. There’s a washing machine and dishwasher and it’s nicely decorated and very comfortable Close to harbour, loads of lovely restaurants nearby. Beach only 10min walk

Road noise Bars underneath that have singers etc till around midnight…fortunately bedroom at rear so not too bad. Unfortunately when we were there there was work going on next door which has lead to my lower rating.

Great location in Puerto del carmen old town. Close to beach. Great restaurants and bars dotted around the area. Great view of the sea from the apartment. Spacious balcony. Very clean apartment.

No real dislikes..

The layout is great. Specious, modern, appliances.

Surrounded by bars and restaurants. For those who prefer a quiet holiday could be too noisy at night.

We liked the location and the fact that it was like home from home with all appliances in the apartment . It’s spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well presented. It’s also very close to the supermarket.

The smell of the frying oil from the restaurant below.

Noise from the bar underneath and a night club few doors away was rowdy one night. Couldn't get any English speaking channels on the tv

Spacious apartment . Powerful shower Everything you could possibly need was catered for. Very modern, would definitely stay there again

The AC was on a timer and when the temperatures are in the thirties, you have to keep switching the timer back on
