Arthouse Sea View - Acquamarina e Zaffiro

Loved the overall location the pool we had to ourselves most days it was immaculate and such a lovely safe location the owners went above and beyond as we checked out late so paid for the apartment for the day so we could get ready to come home in comfort. Don’t let the bars underneath put you off sit on the veranda and listen in your own comfort we absolutely loved it! Great breakfast in the bar right of the apartments and a super dino for your snacks!

We couldn’t find the second air conditioning remote which is fine there was a fan to use and the air con in the bedroom was brilliant

Great apartment, nice view, well equipped with what we needed. Nice location in Old Town. Lovely pool area that we could use & beach not that far.

Wish we had been informed about the building renovation work being carried out in the apartment next door & above. Not being able to relax on the balcony.

Just about everything in this place is perfect everything that anyone would need and more is in this apartment, it is also very clean plenty of storage and a comfy bed it has a massive terrace with loungers and a table and chairs, its not even 10 mins walk to the main strip which is ideal, but has plenty of shoos bars resturabts right on the door step we had a slight issue with the shower and in contacting the owner it was fixed within a couple of hours and she personaly came to the apartment with a gift as an apology for this nothing seems to be a bother for them and she very kindly allowed us to stay on in the apartment for a while as our flight was changed so many thanks again and we will be booking this place again .

Not that we didnt like it just thot the appearance of the shower tray spoiled the bathroon as it is nicely done but can accept that the shower is being used constantly and is going to get abit messed up just one of these thibgs that can ve hard to keep on top of as the drainage in Lanzarote isnt great but i it is ckean.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short 5 minute stroll to the old town and the huge variety of bars and restaurants. The apartment was bright and welcoming and spotlessly clean, with everything you would need for your stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, on a clear day we could see Fuerteventura and we had beautiful sunsets to watch every evening. There were plenty of towels and also a washing machine to wash our clothes. The swimming pool was 2 minutes walk away and again had amazing views and was spotlessly clean. Federica was more than welcoming and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend Arthouse Sea Vies for a stay.

Great apartment. Very spacious with an enormous balcony with two sunbeds and a table and four chairs. The sea view was stunning every morning. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Federica is a first class hostess and there is nothing too difficult for her. She provided salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil etc for us on arrival. She popped in at the beginning and at the end of our stay to say hello. She even arranged for a friend of hers to bring us to the airport. Super service. The Super Dino supermarket and the pharmacy are just a minute away.

Unfortunately there are some negatives which may impact some guests. The apartment is above the Vu bar/restaurant and they have musicians on most nights and sometimes they don't finish until after 1 am. This may not be an issue for younger guests but for seniors like us it meant we couldn't sleep until they closed. Also the restaurant staff drag the furniture across the floor at around 7.30 each morning. The nearby night club operates from midnight until 6am on Fridays and Saturdays and you can feel the bass vibrations when in bed. The road outside is quite busy during the day with buses and trucks passing and the waste disposal trucks come each day to empty the bottle bank and the bins which are located just across the road.

Would never stay here again! Taxi couldn't find Apartament. No address by Doorway. Lock on door from street usually did not work. Sometimes three or four people outside trying to get in. Had to call someone inside Apt. to come open door. Apartment very clean, however, photos of view don't show garbage dumpsters and all cars parked along street below and next street towards the sea. On busy road with loud delivery trucks. WORST thing was bar or disco below Apt. played very Loud, booming music until 5:00am or 6:00 am almost every night. Then 15 minutes later cleaners would start moving around heavy tables in restaurant below making schreeching noises for another ten minutes.
