⸻ I had an amazing stay at Federico’s apartment in Lanzarote! The apartment itself was fantastic—modern, comfortable, and equipped with excellent facilities. I especially loved the quiet swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Federico was an outstanding host, welcoming me with a thoughtful welcome pack that made me feel right at home from the start. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking and added a special touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Lanzarote!

l'appartement est bien équipé, literie confortable. belle vue sur la terrasse si on ne s'approche pas du balcon avec vue sur les poubelles. A l'entrée, la propriétaire a accepté de nous le laisser avant 15h (nous l'a rappelé après qu'elle l'avait fait sans frais…)

Dysfonctionnement de la clim, refroidissait peu, très compliqué de s'endormir avec ces chaleurs. nous l'avons signalé aussitôt mais pas de réparateur, ce dernier fort sympathique d'ailleurs n'est venu que le jour de notre départ, en s'excusant contrairement à la propriétaire et à l'intendant qui n'ont même pas daigné nous appeler pour en échanger se contentant d'envoyer des messages d'excuse. Le plus ennuyant, c'est qu'avec la boite de nuit en dessous et les camions poubelles passant tôt le matin, quand nous arrivions enfin à nous endormir tôt le matin, c'est la chaleur qui nous réveillait par le manque de climatisation. l'intendant qui est passé le jour du départ avec le technicien a été très dédaigneux, disant qu'il savait que la clim fonctionnait mal mais que cela coutait cher à la propriétaire (la critiquant et disant de voir cela avec elle) : et nous on travaille toute l'année pour se payer une semaine dans cet appartement pour plus de 14000 euros!!!!!!!!!! Donc aucune confiance en cette location, cela n'enlève en rien à la beauté de l'île. Donc si vous aimez la chaleur et le bruit de musique toute la nuit, cet appartement est fait pour vous : tout au moins prévenir les vacanciers que c'est un lieu de fête et non de repos.

The apartment is beautiful. It is a home from home with everything needed to be self catering. Everything is modern with reliable WiFi, smart TVs with Netflix etc. The balcony is a suntrap with 2x sun loungers and a table and chairs for dining outside. The location is beautiful with a large supermarket 2 mins walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a residential block so no noisy neighbours or rowdy crowds which I appreciated travelling with my young daughter. Will return again.

Nothing, the host are welcoming and attentive if support is needed with prompt responses.

Lo más espectacular es levantarte por la mañana y disfrutar de las vistas desde la terraza, que además está muy bien amueblada. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones, y además muy bien ubicado.

No habernos quedado más días en el apartamento.

The sofa bed was broken but for a single person it was still comfortable to sleep on

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the sea. Plenty of pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants around with everything you need. Nice clean area with a private pool for local residents in the complex. Easy to follow instructions and everything was great in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not that it's a negative but more just to be aware that there's a few hills to walk on to and from the main strip to the apartment.

Good location near port with plenty of restaurants there. South facing so sun on balcony from about 10.30 till 18.00. Very clean and additional bedding/towels left to change after first week. Soaps/washing-up liquid/dishwasher & washing machine tablets available so initial stock. Dino shop about a minute walk away.

TV had no English channels, took 5 days for agents to accept this, but not able to fix, disappointing. Bedroom at back of apartment so some noise from returning residents, and also drain from apartment above is in bedroom so at night when the toilet is flushed was very noisy. Both outside the owners control.

This apartment is superb, whether it's location, facilities or the magnificent view, all of which lend themselves perfectly to a great overall holiday experience in Federica's apartment. Communication was excellent, as were directions to the apartment.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like other than the fact we had to leave.
