charm & character on historic Rose Street

We like the location, the character if the property and the host. We were given recommendations about places to visit for our short stay.

Very well stocked with some basic groceries and shower products. The host even put some nice chocolates and snacks for us.

Entrance was initially a bit difficult to find since there were several similar addresses and google/apple maps didn’t exactly pinpoint it. We found it eventually and had no further issues, can’t really complain!

This property is in a fantastic location literally 10 mins walk from Waverley station. The host met us and explained everything, there were lots of lovely touches including toiletries, fresh milk & bread, fruit and a bottle of lovely wine. We used the sofa bed for my son. Really great location for wandering around the centre of Edinburgh. No issues with noise at night either.

Immaculately clean, well equipped apartment, very cosy and great location. David was very helpful and accessible, gave some really good recommendations for our stay in Edinburgh!

WiFi was a little patchy, however not entirely needed when you’re out and about on holiday!

Location , host was very polite and great communication, the facilities in the apartment were great Provision of various food items really thoughtful Lots of important touches like usb charger,

It was noisy during the weekend evening due to being near bars but this may have been because it was during the fringe

Location, host was very friendly and even left us some snacks. Clean and good location in the city center. Easy access and host even met us when we checked in and offered recommendations. David was wonderful!

It’s set up for 2 adults rather than 4. Our children slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable at all and it poked them so I wouldn’t recommend the sofa bed. It can get a bit stuffy and wish they had a fan. It was hard to sleep despite the nice weather outside. No cross breeze in the apt. Toilet flush was a bit tricky.
