"Not a place i would recommend"

Rooms were clean and tidy and location was close to venue that were only good points

Fridge wasn't working milk bought for tea and coffee and cereal went off, bathtub was blocked up water running away took 20 mins, the matteress in all rooms were unfortunately not up to the task of hold my 14year old up and he had a very poor night, also there were no bottles of water or anything or welcoming signs to make it a cozy place to stay disappointed with my stay overall.

Very spacious, clean and quiet.

There are steps into the property that are quite steep, which we didn't realise ahead of time. This made it very tricky for a member of our group who is injured.
