Clemmons Inn & Suites

I liked that it was close to a lot of things.

I booked a quadruple room, which I thought meant it had four beds. The people who own the hotel had just purchased it a few days before my stay and couldn’t say what a quadruple room was, but would only offer us a room with two double beds. I specifically wanted at least a 3rd bed so that my two teenage children wouldn’t have to share. They offered no solution, but to cancel. So I paid more for a room with less accommodations and they gave me no upgrade or any solution to fix the issue. The beds were small, very hard, and very uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and the refrigerator made a loud noise all night. The showers were gross and not stocked with shampoo and conditioner. It was terrible

Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure.

The breakfast was the most disappointing part. Bread for toast, but no butter or jelly. Just dry toast? Try bagels, and provide butter and maybe cream cheese. Also, some juice options would have been nice.

nice and clean rooms and good secured location but need to add some lights to the outdoor and the staff was very nice and cool will stay their again
