The location was convenient being 1 block off the highway. The staff was friendly and gave me my refund without issue 10 minutes after checking in.

The hotel was very dim, being in the end of the block. As soon as you walked into the lobby you were hit with a smell. The room was actually disgusting. The beds had stains, the floor had food and debris embedded. Checked in on Friday and we're told tvs wouldn't be working until Monday refrigerator was not working. Overall wouldn't recommend, checked in and out in 10 minutes.

It was close to the highway and right in the middle of clemmons. So it was a great location.

It felt almost like a warehouse. The hallways were really long and ice cold. It was like they refused to heat the building. They had me take the stairs to get to my floor and there was mud caked on all the stairs tracking it all throughout the building. The room wasn’t that clean. All the towels and wash cloths had stains on them. There was hair all throughout the bathroom and in the bed. It felt like there was sand or some kind of dirt on the floor. And the free breakfast they provide is just coffee, toast, and cereal. That was all that was provided. Granted the price was pretty cheap but I would think a super 8 might’ve been cleaner.

Overall the room was clean but the bath room walls had water stains , maybe from steamy showers where the steam ran down the walls. Didn’t look good at all. And there was not hot water in the sink. But hot water in the shower.

Hello. I cancelled this reservation after arriving at the facility. I am a female who was traveling alone and didn’t feel safe. The hotel used to be some sort of assisted living facility. Door was locked up arrival. I had To call manager on duty to meet me. The area was sketch. My brother didn’t feel comfy leaving me there alone.

Don’t feel safe
