Clemmons Inn & Suites

For the money breakfast was ok but did not expect a lot. Fruit coffee danish that was all, room was nice and clean, host was respectful and helpful

I requested a 1pm check in and was told could not check in till 3PM. Did not know this until arrival at 1pm

It was very quiet.

House keeping never came once. I’m not a big complainer unless it’s something major. But i thought they would at least changed the sheets since i stayed three nights.

It was good for the price. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the two gentlemen at the desk were friendly. We could tell they had recently painted and are trying to make it look nice. The doors on the third floor were filthy....maybe hadn't had a chance to paint them yet. They seem to be short staffed, not their fault.

The elevator smelled. In the morning my husband went down for coffee and all the lights were off, so he turned them on. Coffee was horrible. There was cereal for breakfast but saw no refrigerator therefore no milk....it was a strange vibe. I thought each room would have it's own coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. That was fine it didn't.

freshly painted. clean. location is great. price was good.

TV had no service. no clock or coffee in room. killed four bugs in room. muddy entranceway at lobby. no coffee in lobby or dinning area. no breakfast that was advertised in ad. no one at front desk-called ph,# to get someone out of bed. appears to have change of ownership or management. not ready to open. can be good value when ready-but not now.
