"Wonderful view and comfortable stay!"

Lovely staff, great breakfast and superb location. The beds were really comfortable and I am fussy about good showers and the showers were great so that was a win! It was nice and quiet and the view was exceptional.

The building is a bit tired - needs some sprucing up. The gardens are beautiful and truly everything was great but peeling paint, chipped furniture was noticed, could do with some love! But that is simply aesthetic - we really did have a wonderful, comfortable stay.

It exceeded my expectations, with a marvelous view over the dam lake. The staff were very courteous, but also very apologetic about maintenance that they chose to do. Excellent breakfast, too.
