The staff were friendly.It was home away from home.The Presidential family room,wow.Breathtaking. We will definitely come back .My kids were so excited about everything at the place.Breakfast was delicious and satisfactory.

The place has breathtaking views the picture truely do not do justice to it. The staff was sooo welcoming and warm. Heads up to Lizbert she went all out to see to my comfort The best parts where the Jacuzzi in my room and Breakfast, it was warm and harty and was alot thank you chef. I had the best time on this solo vacation Thank you very much El Shadai team for having me.

I was a little worried about the steep nd stairs but it was not too bad as it contributes to the beauty of this place. So i loved everthing

Our experience wasn’t great , we were not happy about the breakfast,choices were limited the food was just standard, they gave us one egg we had to request for some more eggs, it wasn’t an open breakfast. Air conditioner was not working the main suit was very cold at night because of the weather,they need to upgrade their electrical appliances, bar fridge not in good condition since Friday we couldn’t not use it. Toilet door needs to be fixed. The lady Fish she’s friendly compare to her colleagues, the manager he’s worse, you make tea or coffee still need to be microwaved because the milk is cold, they need to improve their services
