就只有1充电桩，坏了到櫃檯就我说会安排让我等，等到明天十一点要去机场也没见过維修人，失望

Séjour correct au Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis. Les chambres sont propres et l’hôtel convient bien pour une nuit de transit avant ou après un vol. En revanche, attention à l’emplacement : en réservant, je pensais que l’hôtel se trouvait à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l’aéroport. En réalité, il faut compter environ 20 minutes de route pour rejoindre le terminal. Ce n’est pas un problème si l’on est informé à l’avance, mais cela peut être une surprise lorsque l’on recherche un hébergement vraiment à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport. Dans l’ensemble, une option pratique pour une escale, à condition de prévoir le transfert vers l’aéroport.

Just near the airport & opposite cafe is ok in hotel restaurant is good

Too much noise of traffic couldn’t sleep night

1. Tidy and clean room. The ceiling fan is provided, and the AC is working very well. 2. A bed & pillow + blanket are comfortable. 3. In-suite toilet size is acceptable with good cold & hot water pressure and temperature. The towel is provided. 4. Downstairs, there is a place where we can buy some drinks and snacks. 5. There is one small cafe at ground level. 6. The Main reason I stayed here was because of their free scheduled shuttle service. Please check the timetable before booking your room.

1. Not for budget travellers, but with a free shuttle service to KLIA2, the room price is acceptable. 2. Located at the old LCCT, which is a bit far from KLIA2. But the 20-minute shuttle ride is acceptable. 3. The room is too small. No place to perform Solat (Main setback). 4. No free welcome coffee as usual. They said no more coupons at the counter. What a reason. 5. Now with paid parking even if you are a customer.

Постель чистая и кровать очень удобная. Горячая вода в душе, имеются туалетные принадлежности. В холле отеля есть кулер с горячей водой и платные чай/кофе, снеки.

Отель не в пешей доступности от аэропорта и предоставляет бесплатный трансфер только от отеля-партнера Tune Hotel KLIA2 до отеля Tune Hotel Aeropolis. Сразу по карточке отеля это не поймешь. Автобус курсирует только через каждые 2 часа. Если вы прибыли на стойку через 5 минут после отбытия автобуса, придется ждать 2 часа. Можно добраться на такси Grab, но это будет стоить RM30. Также следует учесть, что нужно места в автобусе бронировать заранее прямо на стойке ресепшена. Мы утром вышли к автобусу, в надежде вовремя добраться в аэропорт, но нам отказали, так как свободных мест уже не было. Автобус всего 1! И всех желающих он взять, к сожалению, не может. То есть купленный номер в отеле не гарантирует вам место в автобусе. Если бы мы это заранее знали - лучше бы сняли капсулу в самом аэропорту (она чуть дороже), зато бы не тратились на такси.
