The trees! Particularly, the tree on the back deck that "hugs" the house. I also loved the stained glass and the rainbows it created in the living area. The jacuzzi was amazing to use. It was a lovely visit!

The only thing was the noise from the cars zooming by on the road, and that had nothing to do with the house at all. The house itself was great.

I absolutely love how it’s actually surrounded by nature and beautiful trees! Get place to getaway from the city! The house itself is super cozy and modern!

How well equipped the house was. The deck. The jacuzzi. The loft bed.

The cabin was thoughtfully upgraded and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and the A-frame pitch created high ceilings in the main living room area, which made it feel spacious, not cramped at all. The upstairs bed might have been more comfortable than the downstairs bed, but we did not go up there to check. Downstairs was perfectly fine, the room just felt slightly small. Overall, everything was exactly what we needed for a 2-night stay.

The narrow dirt road - The location was a little off the beaten path, but that was my fault for not researching the area before booking. That said, once we got accustomed to the narrow dirt road into the property, getting into town was not difficult nor far. We enjoyed the large back patio and the seclusion offered by this cabin.

Beautiful views from the cabin! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes. Hot tub was clean and very nice. Fun blue chair! Excellent location with lots of hiking in the area and the town is close. Far enough away from the hubbub you can see the stars incredibly clearly.

Floor was a little dusty but that's to be expected in an unpaved area, and there was several fancy coffee machines but no coffee or tea.

Sadly. Refrigerator didn’t work all weekend. Woke up first day and refrigerator never cooled and stayed warm. Had to throw away a lot of our food

We stayed 3 nights. The cabin is perfect for a couple with an extra bed upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed since we only cooked and did not dine out, the pellet barbecue grill worked great, and there was plenty of supplies and towels. We used the hot tub every evening to end the night. We wished we had stayed an extra night or two. The owner was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. Would stay again if revisiting Idyllwild again in the future.

There wasn't a thing we didn't like.
