Hurghada Mirage Bay Hotel & Aquapark

I booked the hotel for my elderly mother, and everything was perfectly arranged — the food, the comfort — everything matched the price. I especially want to thank the manager, Haniball, who looked after the elderly guests, helped them, and was very attentive. He is an excellent employee of an international level, able to connect with people from any country.

The renovation in part of the hotel caused a bit of inconvenience, but we were informed about it in advance.

Le personnel était au top ! Un grand merci à Hannibal qui m’a énormément aidé et a répondu à toutes mes demandes depuis mon arrivée. Le moindre problème ou la moindre question obtenait une réponse instantanée. Un service vraiment excellent, assuré par des personnes formidables !

Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement, la cour et les coins de promenade sont agréables, mais certains endroits semblent un peu négligés et mériteraient un meilleur entretien. Une petite attention sur ces zones serait un vrai plus.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr gut.Die Betreuung von Hannibal ist sehr zuversichtlich und speditiv . Der Aquapark ist sehr toll für die Kinder.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hellhörig. Das Essen hat mir nicht geschmeckt, für mich zu fad.

The location of the resort is good , the beach was nice.

The mosquito was every where especially in the room and path room, the food has no variety, the chairs especially on the beach was not sufficient to guests and most of it is broken and not comfortable.

Nothing at all starting from the reception, everything was bad and disappointed

Very disappointing stay – Not recommended at all I booked 5 nights for $1500, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. • No housekeeping service at all. • Towels were never replaced, neither in the room nor at the pool/beach. • When I complained at the reception, the response was shocking: “You booked through Booking.com, you are not considered a hotel guest, you are with Hany.” • Overall cleanliness and service were completely unacceptable for the price paid. Honestly, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
