The location by the beach

The apartment is not hotel property! When I booked I assumed that it’s the hotel itself with all hotel services but I was shocked that it’s private apartment inside the hotel compound! Not clean at all !

Nothing except location of the hotel and its area

1- Worst staff and animation team ever, no activities no programs even they had no plan. Most staff were rude too. 2- ver very bad restaurant, the food was disgusting. Worst food i had ever and worst service. 3- the pool wasn’t clean.
