The cleanliness & facilities

No hot water in the residence. Also the lift during checkout was very compact. We ended up using the stairs to go down as the waiting time was too long.

Well furnished, very comfortable & clean, looks quite new, great one night stay for my family of 3. Allocated car park lots.

Bali Residences is very dense. It always takes very long to wait for an available lift.
