Charming 2 Bed House in Tewkesbury Centre

The location and the cottage was perfect

Although the immediate location was not attractive, the cottage was convenient for the centre. There was a small, but appreciated, welcome pack with tea and biscuits etc...

Low water pressure in shower; toaster partially working; not enough outdoor chairs; parking was a bit complicated (hours when outdoor parking could/could not be used or when public parking in car parks needed paying). We were a bit taken aback by the pre-visit vetting system and damage cover.

Great location and price

Beautiful home very close to the town centre. A couple minutes walk. Easy parking not far from the home.

Tastefully decorated well equipped high standards of cleanliness perfect location absolutely loved it myself my wife and sister and brother in law were very impressed

Nothing really

The property is lovely and suited our young family well. It was cosy and the host ensured the heating was on for when we arrived (actually we didn't need to change the thermostat at all). The washing facilities were great and essential with young children, there was a generous sized kitchen and good sized rooms. The attention to detail on things like the backyard barn door, the bathroom latch handles was really nice and made us feel like we were staying in a place which was more refined.

I didn't expect or appreciate the additional fee from the agency who manages the property, I didn't mind paying extra if the property was upfront about this. We ended up paying an extra $50AUD which for 3 nights was not material for us but would have been nice it this was disclosed. Parking was a bit annoying with the limited times and only alternative was paid parking - not huge in terms of $ but annoying cause you can't always predict how long your siesta is during the middle of the day with young kids.

Very clear instructions about parking/keys/facilities from the host. Car park very nearby. Very central location.
