"Beautiful and comfortable home but need upgrade"

7.0

Location is good. 5 min walk to shops. Inside the house is very comfortable, generally clean, interior well maintained and decorated. Host is extremely helpful and very responsive.

Exterior garden to be trimmed, plants and bushes overgrown. Which causes a lot of creeping insects outdoor. Outdoor seating are run down and outdoor swing required to be refurbished. Looks creepy. Living area sofa set is very dirty. Bedsheet & pillow cover had many stains. Not more than half of kitchen roll available. Toilet tissue was limited to 1.5 rolls. No dryer.

Great house with everything you'd need for a city break, much more convenient than a couple of hotel rooms. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. Easy access to the city centre to explore more and attractions of Bristol.

"Home from home in Bristol"

10.0

Great home away from home with all you need and clean and comfortable. Great communication from the owner re access and any questions you may have. Perfect for Ashton Gate for the Red Roses rugby & North Street has plenty of food outlets. Able to walk into Bristol City centre for tour of the docks and shops - M2 or 24 bus service also nearby and only £2 per trip for the trip back.
