GBIn many ways this property was excellent. It was very clean and the location was also great. The three bathrooms worked brilliantly for three friends sharing. The apartment was really warm too. The two beds were comfy.
Unfortunately, there was a smell of damp as soon as we walked through the front door. Worse was the smell of drains in the second bedroom and bathroom which did not disappear for the duration of our trip. The person sleeping in this bedroom woke up to this smell which made it quite uncomfortable. The sofa bed was sadly very uncomfortable as there was quite a dip.

No dish towel and no bedding for cot.
MTPlace was lovely, excellent location and facilities. Stayed with 4 kids and the fact it had 3 bathrooms made a huge difference.
Annoying and noisy neighbors upstairs. Kids constantly running and banging on the floors. I messaged landlord and upstairs tenants were informed. This didn't stop them but at least the nights were quiet.
