There was a bad smell in the hallway/kitchen the whole stay.
GBLocation was close to Windsor centre and having parking was very useful. It was good value for money and the property had plenty of bathrooms for everyone staying.
Being in a basement apartment meant the noise from the people upstairs could be a little annoying at times. This wasn’t limited to day time only and continued into the night. There was also a slightly damp musty smell throughout the property which may to be due to the extractor fans not working in the bathrooms.
GBGood location, close to all needs in Windsor. Clean property, well stocked, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was included with our stay, provided a Zone E pass which allowed us to park in other places in Windsor too.
The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. The dishwasher door seems to not have been installed correctly, so is hard to load and unload. Wifi is painfully slow and seems to disconnect from time to time. Master bedroom shower can take some time to start, the others are fine though.

Cleanliness: The whole apartment is in need of a really thorough deep clean. Walking in on the first night with shop bought pizzas we found no clean trays or oven shelves on which to cook them. The ones in the oven were caked in layers of grime, and there no other baking trays. Besides the oven, the dishwasher was filthy (the hosts later conceded it was due its self-cleaning cycle, but it looked like they needed a new one it was so bad), the hob uncleaned. The yellow sofa has some stains on it, as do the headboards on the beds. Kitchen Facilities: Very few utensils and, oddly, only four or five sets of mismatched cutlery. Smell: The smell from the plug in scents was unpleasant and all pervasive. Noise: Very little soundproofing from the apartment above, loud noise of kids running around until midnight. Parking: To be fair the listing makes no claim to have parking, and the messages before we arrived (but after we had paid) made this clear. Consider this a £20/day surcharge though on the price. Value for money: This is an expensive holiday let - one should expect much better than the above.
PLWe had a wonderful stay at the Lawson Apartment in Windsor. The staff were very supportive and responsive, always available to assist with any questions or requests. The location was absolutely perfect, providing easy access to all the main attractions in the area. The property itself was exactly as described in the booking, which was a pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Apartment above where a little bit to noisy with what sounded like children running around until quite late.
GBIt was clean and very spacious, lots of room for the kids to run around. There’s was provision of washing powder for our laundry. Dish soap could have been bigger but not really a major worry at all. The bath soap were lush and vegan.
