Ya nos hemos quedado ahí, en esta ocasión nos dimos cuenta que la calidad en las habitaciones bajo mucho no han recibido atención de mantenimiento, bajamos al gym y todo el equipaje se quedó dentro de la habitación tuvimos que esperar una hora ya era tarde y estábamos cansados nos pasaron mientras a una habitación a la que no le funcionó la regadera correctamente. Ya que abrieron la habitación nos iban a dejar ahí. Tuvimos que solicitar cambio absolutamente El encargado no maneja bien la atención al cliente en un momento así. Esta muy bien ubicado pero esta vez no cumplió con lo esperado.
