The shower heahad was broken it was at in angle it was awkward One of the bed sheets had a stain right on the center of the bed no big deal but still That's a the bad that the hotel had

The breakfast is really good and Galdys is excellent and offers great service.

The only thing that was good there was the breakfast but very few choices, but it was good.

Everything from staff is awful the hotel needs remodeling. It needs fixing very badly the plumbing it was very bad. Did not like my experience this time. I will not return to that hotel again was embarrassed for referring my family to go with us to that hotel after they had a bad experience was charged for staining towels that were never wash, so what proof that they have that the stains would not be removed If every day we showered there and washed her face and some make up was left on, but never had a problem until the last day they held two Towels. They charged us a lot of money for the towel that was not even worth it .The towels were old and rough they charged. We were charged $15 for each towel that are not even worth 4 dollars for the towels I was not in agreement to pay it. They charged it even with me disagreement with them and wanting to speak to the manager, they were rude and very unprofessional. I have no problems complying with any roles of any kind in fact, if possible, I try to preserve water as a hotel policy does ask if it’s within our means to recycle towels. There was zero warning, zero notices placed along the hotel, stating that we would encourage any charges if there was any sort of make up marks on the towels
