very helpful staff, they printed our boarding passes and offered a free taxi to airport; excellent Mexican breakfast, comfy beds and well equipped room, great restaurant (Panamá) right next door!

only problem was the “bartender” in the bar did not know how to make drinks. But he did his best and was very nice.

Staff was friendly.

Hotel hallways where hot and humid you'll sweat walking to your room. Upon fist arrival to the Room it was extremely hot and took about 3 hrs to finally start feeling decent. Not a good experience. Not to mentioned we got move to a different room do to door not problem to another hot room
