We enjoyed our stay so much loved the room very cozy loved that it had coffee pot fridge and ironing board very easy to get around lots of places to choose to eat around as well

Good customer service

Was a good place for the price. Breakfast needed to have someone there filling up items that were low. Housekeeping did a good job but had a mad face all the time I saw them and said hi. I would stay again. Easy on and off highway.

We didn’t get any clean sheets or towels even after asking

I stayed in 3 different rooms in 3 days: one was infested with greenbottle flies, one had most of the lights not working and one did not have a toilet seat on the loo! 🙆 I had to insist on changing rooms - no-one offered it! The lift did not work properly. The drinks machine for breakfast was out of action during all 3 days I was there. The coffee machine did not work properly. Cutlery and crockery was all single-use plastic.

Overall okay for a night stay

Service was lackluster. I was able to park in the parking lot. However, the exit gate was locked and the person at the desk would do nothing about it. Television didn’t work. Telephone in the room didn’t work.
