The stay was ok

I like everything in general

Well the workers were very friendly from the front desk to the house keeping. Whenbyou walk in the lobby was very nice but the elevator looked run down. The room was nice but the bathroom looked like the door frame had been kicked in and repainted. The bath tun didn't drain well and had rust spots. The tv didnt work.

Not 5 star, but great value for a quick stay.

Great price, great customer service. Lobby is very nicely upgraded but the outside is a little rundown, room was ok but it feels very humid, I brought my small fan inside the room and it helped with the humidity.

The room itself was nice, the hotel from the outside does not look appealing. That didn’t bother us. It was quiet as well. We liked our stay!

This place was terrible. The front of the building was beautiful, the lobby was great. Then you have to go out to the back which looked like an entirely different property where the hotel tenets live, everyone is smoking, there was a prostitute, two homeless looking tenets arguing, and a suicidal woman claiming she was going to jump off the second floor railing head first. Best description is that it’s a halfway house that rents out a few of the empty rooms to hotel visitors. Needless to say, I turned back around and checked right back out. Unfortunately I never got my refund

Very bad experience, no cleanliness, Lift did not work We have to take steps to go 4th floor with small kids, moisture continuously forming on the floor, shower head has no pressure in the water, bathroom was terrible

Alot of the imperfections were masked with new paint, a few roof panels were broken which caused us to have a roach come in at night, bed sheets and pillows were in need of a deep wash and the outside of the building looked plain sketchy. I think the pictures of the rooms deceived us, not ideal for a family trip.
