It's a nice modern appartement with good location and facilities, and a lot of potential.

The appartment realy needs a good clean up job.

The apartment is beautiful, it is perfectly cleaned, the layout of the rooms is great. We liked the huge terrace the most. The apartment is in a great location.

Everything new but unfortunately not so clean. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The building was really old with a bad smell in the stairwell. It is next to the centre but the location was full of foreigners who didn't seem

Very modern with all amenities, nice comfortable bed, big tv in living room and one in bedroom, a very nice big balcony

Location is not the great one, very strange people around. It was not very clean.. I found dirt on the walls in the bathroom and hairs everywhere around the flat, building is quite old and smelly. The most inconvenient thing was that when we entered the flat windows were open, there is only one air conditioner for heat in the living room and not at all in the bedroom. Considering it is winter it was very very cold and one conditioner was not making it to heat it up. Also an another very inconvenient thing it was that the shutters were broken in the living room but most inconvenient in the bedroom, so in the morning you cannot sleep until late because of the light and sun that comes up.
