I am disappointed because there are a lot of non-compliant details and there is a lack of respect for customers. The apartment is nice but not properly maintained. Cleaning is done superficially, with a broom and a cloth moistened in water. The collaboration with the owners was faulty, they responded to very difficult messages, they did not answer the phone, at one point I thought it was a joke. Although check-in started at 3:00 p.m. and we arrived at the accommodation on time, we received the apartment at 4:30 p.m., because it was not ready. The sofa is not extendable, it is dirty and damaged in places. No one told us how we could have hot water, so we showered with cold water. Later I discovered an electric boiler outside the apartment that worked if you turned it on from an electrical panel. The terrace is beautiful, but unkempt. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen and towels very clean. There is no coffee machine. I found parking behind the building, on the street. It was OK. It's a pity, it's a nice apartment, but the care and commitment to its maintenance is lacking and also the respect for the customers.😔
